Terms: This is a casual, part time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends.

Salary: will be $10.86 per hour for a 10 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have First Aid Certificate, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate, Water Safety Instructor (WSI), National Lifeguard Service (NLS) Certificate.

Work Setting: Community centre

Activity Focus: Leading/instructing groups, Patrolling/supervising activities

Specific Skills: Enforce safety rules and regulations

Additional Skills: Provide emergency or first aid assistance

Other Information: This position is for 0-13 hrs/wk-please indicate availability. Experience lifeguarding and instructing lessons required. LSI certification required. NPF is committed to Employment Equity and Diversity
