Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Point of sale system, Electronic mail, Basic computer skills (will train), Internet competency

Staff Responsibility: 1 - 20

Specific Skills: Plan, direct and evaluate daily operations, Manage staff and assign duties, Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors’ operations on sales, Determine merchandise and services to be sold, Implement price and credits policies, Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale, Develop and implement marketing strategies, Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, Determine staffing requirements, Recruit and train staff, Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Customer service oriented

Security and Safety: Bondable, Driving record check (abstract)

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence

Ability to Supervise: 20 people or less, Working groups, Staff in various areas of responsibility
