Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working weekends.

Salary: will be $18.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Type of Equipment: Outboard motors

Specific Skills: Inspect and test engines and motors to diagnose and isolate faults, Adjust, repair or replace parts using hand tools and equipment, Test and adjust repaired equipment for proper performance

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence

Essential Skills: Reading text, Numeracy, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Finding information

Other Information: E-Tec essentials training course required. Be able to read work orders, prepare estimates, perform maintenance on equipment, able to read & interpret electronic parts microfiches.
