Terms: This is a temporary, full time job, which requires working nights.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: Behavioural Health Foundation -216 will provide training..

Work Setting: Drug and alcohol rehabilitation centre

Target Groups or Clients: Male, Families, Aboriginal groups, Culturally diverse groups

Type of Community or Social Service: Personal and social adjustment and health (substance abuse, gambling, behaviour disorders)

Specific Skills: Provide suicide and crisis intervention, Supervise activities of clients living in group homes and half-way houses

Security and Safety: Criminal record check, Child abuse registry check

Transportation/Travel Information: Own vehicle, Valid driver’s licence

Work Location Information: Rural community

Ability to Supervise: More than 20 people

Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Finding information, Computer use, Continuous learning
