Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $12.00 to $15.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.
Also: medical, dental, vision, group insurance, life insurance benefits.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, completed college or technical training.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Driver’s License.

Type of Establishment/Work Setting Experience: Residential construction

Human Resources Responsibility: 1 - 20

Budgetary Responsibility: 0 - $100,000

Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations, Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence, Own vehicle

Ability to Supervise: 1 to 2 people
