Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $14.00 to $18.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Experience: at least five years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System), Forklift Operator Certification.

Supervisory Experience: Process control and machine operators, food and beverage processing, Labourers in food, beverage and tobacco processing

Specific Skills: Co-ordinate work activities with other units, Establish work schedules, Inspect and review for quality control and environmental standards, Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of workers

Additional Skills: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies, Prepare production and other reports, CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) Regulations, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) knowledge, GMP (Good manufacturing Practices), Health and safety regulations, CIP (Cleaning In Place) and SIP (Sanitizing in Place) Systems, Knowledge of preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment
