Terms: This is a temporary, part time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $14.53 per hour for a 20 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: the best part of a year.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Forklift Operator Certification, Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) Certificate.

Work Setting: Warehouse, Cross-docking facility

Vehicle and Equipment Experience: Dollies and hand trucks, Pallet lifters, Industrial lift trucks and forklifts

Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Specific Skills: Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment, Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload and move materials and products, Pick orders and stock, Weigh materials and goods, Crate goods, Stack goods, Handle dangerous goods and hazardous products

Additional Skills: Customer service skills

Security and Safety: Criminal record check

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination, Bending, crouching, kneeling

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Public transportation is not available

Other Information: Our client is seeking a part-time forklift person with a clean background and criminal check and car. Pay is outstanding! 6 am until 10 am daily.
