Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $16.00 to $18.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Driver’s Licence (Class 1 or A), Air Brake (Z) Endorsement.

Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Specific Skills: Loading and unloading of goods, Receive and relay information to central dispatcher, Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment

Security and Safety: Criminal record check, Driving record check (abstract), Drug test

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence
