Terms: This is a seasonal, full time job, which requires working days. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be $15.00 to $20.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.
Notes: bonus, and other benefits.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, some college or technical training.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Driver’s licence.

Area of Specialization: Landscape installation, Lawn care, Grounds maintenance

Machinery and Equipment: Chain saw, Tractor mower, Pick-up truck, Small engine equipment

Specific Skills: Supervise landscaping and grounds maintenance labourers, Establish work schedules and procedures, Resolve work related problems, Train workers, Requisition supplies and materials, Maintain performance records, Repair and maintain equipment

Work Site Environment: Outdoors

Ability to Supervise: 4 people or less, 10 people or less

Other Information: Supervise/schedule work loads for 1 - 3 persons crews for landscaping maintenance work on commercial/condominium grounds. Must have some supervisory experience and good working exp. in lawn care.
