Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days and weekends.

Salary: will be $11.00 to $13.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Driver’s Licence (Class 3 or D).

Equipment and Machinery Experience: Reciprocating saws, Circular saws, Concrete saws, Jackhammers, Air compressors, Nail guns, Drills

Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)

Specific Skills: Load, unload and transport construction materials, Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs, Assist in demolishing buildings, Clean and pile salvaged materials, Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, Read blueprints

Security and Safety: Bondable

Own Tools/Equipment: Tools, Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat, Safety glasses/goggles, Gloves

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding

Work Site Environment: Outdoors, At heights, Dusty
