Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.
Notes: piece work, and other benefits.

Education: The applicant should have some high school.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have WHMIS Certificate.

Major Work Area: Construction, Renovation, Installation

Specific Skills: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications, Determine layout and installation procedures, Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, Utilize hand and power tools

Additional Skills: Professionalism in customer service, Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies

Weight Handling: More than 45 kg (100 lbs)

Security and Safety: Criminal record check, Driving record check (abstract)

Own Tools/Equipment: Tools, Safety equipment/gear, Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Physically demanding, Attention to detail

Work Site Environment: Outdoors

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Own vehicle, Valid driver’s licence
