Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $45,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year for a 40 hour week.
Notes: bonus, and other benefits.

Education: The applicant should have completed college or technical training.

Experience: at least five years’ experience.

Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations, Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress, Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements, Select trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities, Oversee analysis of data and information, Plan and manage budgets, Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions

Additional Skills: Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors

Security and Safety: Driver’s validity license check

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
