Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be $14.00 to $16.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, completed college or technical training.

Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have WHMIS Certificate.

Specific Skills: Load, unload and transport construction materials, Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs, Assist in demolishing buildings, Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, Read blueprints

Security and Safety: Bondable, Criminal record check, Driving record check (abstract)

Own Tools/Equipment: Tools, Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity
