Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be $13.00 to $24.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have some high school.

Experience: a modicum is required.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Driver’s Licence (Class 3 or D).

Type of Construction: Residential

Equipment and Machinery Experience: Reciprocating saws, Circular saws, Air compressors, Air guns, Nail guns

Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Specific Skills: Load, unload and transport construction materials, Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs, Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat, Safety glasses/goggles

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding

Work Site Environment: Outdoors, At heights

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Valid driver’s licence
