Terms: This is a seasonal, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $30,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year for a 40 hour week.
Notes: bonus, commission, and other benefits.

Experience: at least five years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Driver’s licence.

Area of Specialization: Landscape installation, Interior plantscaping, Lawn care, Tree service, Grounds maintenance, Nursery or greenhouse

Machinery and Equipment: Chain saw, Sod cutter, Pick-up truck, Small engine equipment

Specific Skills: Supervise landscaping and grounds maintenance labourers, Establish work schedules and procedures, Resolve work related problems, Train workers, Requisition supplies and materials, Repair and maintain equipment

Security and Safety: Bondable, Driver’s validity license check

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking

Work Site Environment: Outdoors

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence

Ability to Supervise: 4 people or less
