Terms: This is a permanent, full time job

Salary: will be $15.00 to $20.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Work Setting: Apartment/condominium complex, Commercial building, Shopping centre

Specific Maintenance Activities: Paint, Repair drywall, Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs, Work with minimal supervision

Equipment Operated/Used: Power tools

Security and Safety: Bondable, Driver’s validity licence check

Own Tools/Equipment: Tools

Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence

Other Information: Preference will be given to applicants with ceramic tile installation experience (wall, floor and counter top).
